A security bond is a refundable deposit paid in advance when hiring wedding decor items. This bond acts as a safeguard against any potential damages or losses of the rented items. The bond amount varies depending on the value and quantity of the items hired.
The bond will be refunded within 7-14 days after the event, provided that all rented items are returned in their original condition and there are no damages or losses. The refund will be processed using the same method of payment initially used for the bond, unless otherwise agreed upon.
In the event of damages or missing items, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security bond. If the cost exceeds the bond amount, the hirer will be responsible for covering the additional expenses. We will provide a detailed report and invoice for any deductions made from the bond.
